Medical Outreach Programme

The AGC Medical Outreach Programme is a flagship community health initiative that provides free medical care, health screenings, and wellness support to underserved communities in Freetown, Sierra Leone.

Driven by the church's mandate to heal the broken-hearted and minister to the whole person — body, soul, and spirit — this outreach brings qualified medical professionals together with intercessory teams to serve our neighbours with compassion and excellence.

Services offered include general consultations, blood pressure screening, malaria testing, antenatal care, eye checks, dental screenings, and prayer ministry.

Min. Jacob Thompson is an anointed minister and passionate worshipper who founded Intimacy Worship as a sacred space where believers come face to face with the presence of God. Driven by a deep hunger for authentic encounter, Jacob creates an atmosphere of raw, unfiltered worship where prayer, praise, and the Holy Spirit move freely. Through Intimacy Worship, he invites the church to go beyond the surface — into a place of stillness, surrender, and divine connection that transforms lives from the inside out.

Intimacy Worship

Intimacy Worship is a special monthly gathering dedicated entirely to deep, uninterrupted worship and communion with God. Unlike a regular Sunday service, Intimacy Worship creates sacred space for believers to encounter God without distraction — just His presence, His people, and His praise.

The atmosphere is deliberately intimate — low lighting, extended worship sets, spontaneous prayer, prophetic ministry, and the presence of the Holy Spirit moving freely among His people.

Intimacy Worship has been the birthplace of some of the most powerful testimonies in Achievers Gospel Chapel — healings, deliverances, salvations, and life-changing encounters with God.
